Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Life Choice terms and policy may be subjected to change.

Customers purchasing from Life Choice should know the legal status of products in their respective countries prior to purchase; the customer assumes all responsibility for following local importation policies.

All orders are priced in CAD.

Pay-Pal payments will be authorized and withdrawn separately. Shipping quotes are based on a 2 lb (1 kg) parcel. If the final shipping charge is substantially more than originally quoted, Life Choice will be in contact to get authorization to pay for the shipping in a separate invoice.

Orders will not be released unless all items and shipping charges are fully paid.

Shipping and Charges:

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or Canadian Parcels within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping and Charges:

All international orders will be charged a shipping fee. The shipping rate charged will be the lowest available rate with a tracking number. Additional services require an extra fee, which may vary by country. Generally, shipping time for parcels is 14 business days; however, please keep in mind that customs can sometimes hold packages for several months. All international orders are shipped via Canada Post. By placing an order, customers accept this risk. If you would like more information on a specialized service, please contact head office for more details. Life Choice cannot be held responsible if correctly shipped orders do not arrive at a specified time: once an order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the circumstances surrounding delivery. If a parcel is not received by the customer, Life Choice will conduct an investigation and attempt to track down the order. Refund the customer once the original parcel is received back at head office.

For Product Returns:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Life Choice is not accepting any product returns until further notice.

Note: All credit requests must first be approved by Life Choice management via email.

  1. If you try the product and are not satisfied, please ship the unused portion to our office. The product must be received at head office within one month for credit to be given. Include a copy of your original invoice with the returned product and a brief description of why you are returning the product.
  2. As previously stated, customers are responsible for following all customs and importation policies of their respective countries. For returns for which Life Choice is not at fault, such as returns for importation reasons, changed mind, etc., a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the credit; also, the returned product(s) must be unopened, undamaged and at least one year from expiry. The product must be received at head office within one month, or credit will not be issued. The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost.
